Power of Soul Class: Tuesdays thru June 30th --
Roger and Diane Givens will be teaching this class based on Dr. Zhi
Gang Sha's Power of Soul book. The class is from 7:00 p.m. to
9:00 p.m. See the Events page for more
details.

* * Grounds Cleanup Day: Saturday, May 2nd at 9:00 a.m. --
Come assist and serve our community by participating in the Grounds
Cleanup Day. Bring any tools you like to use and if you don't
have any, the church has plenty to go around. Lunch is provided.

* * The Unity Way Class: Thursdays, May 14th, 21st, 28th and June 4th at 7:00 p.m. -- On
Thursday, May 14 at 7:00 p.m. Diana Moskal (Licensed Unity Teacher)
will start a four week class on – “The Unity Way,” The class will meet
every Thursday thru June 4th. People may attend one class or all
four! The topics will be announced in the Sunday bulletins each
week. See the Events page for more details.

Annual Meeting: Sunday, May 17th at 12:00 noon -- Unity
of Salem will hold its Annual Meeting on Sunday, May 17, 2009 at 12:00
noon in the Sanctuary at 1777 Fabry Rd., Salem, OR 97306. The
meeting is open to everyone. Only members of Unity of Salem can
vote. We will be electing three new Board members and one
Alternate. All members are highly encouraged to attend the
meeting. The pictures and biographies of the four recommended new
Board members are in the May/June 2009 Newsletter.

Karl Anthony Concert: Monday, May 18th at 7:00 p.m. -- For
several years, Karl Anthony has offered a concert at Unity of Salem on
the third Monday of May. Karl comes to us after a Course In
Miracles weekend at Breitenbush.
Plan to join Karl on Monday
evening, May 18th at 7:00 at Unity of Salem for an evening of story and
song. The concert is given on a suggested $15.00 love offering.
